The Website is a technology based platform that provides an online curated marketplace for professional/business entities and recruitment agencies including executive search firm(s) / agency(ies), independent recruiters/ firms or individuals that supply manpower to interact and facilitate their hiring and other related requirements (the “Services”). The Website also operates a Blog which hosts articles and related features, amongst other things. The Website is operated by TalenTECH Solutions Pvt. Ltd (the “Company”) incorporated under Indian Companies Act, 2013.

Any reference to “you” or “your” or “user” or “customer” (if applicable) refers to you as a user of the Website and its Services; and any reference to “hiringplug”, "Company", "talentech", "Talentech Solutions", “we”, “our” and “us” shall refer to the Company and the “service provider” shall mean the provider of the Services on the Website.

Changes to These Terms and Services

We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

We may, without prior notice, change the Services; add or remove functionalities or features; stop providing the Services or features of the Services, to you or to users generally; or create usage limits for the Services.

User(S) Agreement

This agreement applies to user(s) if user(s) are visitors, registered - free or paid user(s) who access the web site for any purpose. Registered Users

To become a Registered User(s) there is a proper procedure which is for the convenience of user(s) so that they can easily log-in and log-out.

User(s) can become a Registered User(s) by filling an on-line registration form on the web site by giving desired information (name, contact information, or as may be stipulated by the Company). hiringplug will establish an account ("Account") for the user(s) upon registration and assign a user alias ("User ID") and password ("Password") for log-in access to your Account. Web site may or may not assign user(s) upon registration a web-based email/message account with limited storage space to send or receive email/messages. Users will be responsible for the content of all the messages communicated through the Email Account, as well as the consequences of any such message.

You represent and warrant that if you are an individual, (i) you are over eighteen years of age, or (ii) that if you are registering on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to enter into, and bind the entity to, these Terms and register for the Services, in accordance with the laws of India. Any person under the age of eighteen (18) years accessing the Website should do so only under parental guidance. If we change the eligibility criteria to be registered with the Website and you no longer comply with the new eligibility criteria, as determined by us in our sole discretion, you accept that we may close your Account without any liability for us. You are solely responsible for ensuring that these Terms are in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you and the right to access the Services is revoked where these Terms or use of the Services is prohibited and, in such circumstances, you agree not to use or access the Website or Services in any way.

If you register on behalf of a business entity, you represent that business entity and (a) you have the authority to bind the entity to terms and condition of use and/or this Agreement; (b) the address you use when registering is the principal place of business of such business entity; and (c) all other information submitted to hiringplug during the registration process is true, accurate, current and complete. For purposes of this provision, a branch or representative office will not be considered a separate entity and its principal place of business will be deemed to be that of its head office.

By becoming a Registered User, you consent to the inclusion of your personal data in our online database and authorize hiringplug to share such information with other user(s). hiringplug may refuse registration and deny the membership and associated User ID and Password to any user for whatever reason. Web site may suspend or terminate a Registered membership at any time without any prior notification in interest of hiringplug or general interest of its visitors/other members without giving any reason thereof. Registered User are not a part or affiliate of hiringplug in any way.

Despite You and Your organization's contact number(s) being on Do Not Call Registry, You consent to be contacted by hiringplug through phone calls, SMS notifications or any other means of communication, in respect to the services provided by hiringplug.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you, knows or has unauthorized access to your Account Information or any part of it, you must promptly use the password change / reset / lost provisions on the website and if still unresolved, immediately notify us by sending us an e-mail at [email protected]. We are not liable for any losses or other consequences of unauthorised use of your account.

User Responsibilities

These Terms govern your behaviour on the Website and set forth your obligations. The user and the third-party service provider agree and confirm to the following responsibilities:

  • You shall comply with all the obligations set forth in these Terms.
  • You will use the Services rendered by us for lawful purposes only and comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, statutes, by-laws, acts of legislature or parliament, rules, regulations, orders, ordinances, protocols, codes, guidelines, or policies of any governmental authority, and all applicable judicial orders and precedent (“applicable Laws”) while using and transacting on the Website.
  • Creation and maintenance of all Content in your account shall be your sole responsibility.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use as a part of your Account Information to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your Account. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords preferably using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols with your Account and comply with the password policy and guidelines of the company at all times. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this instruction.

The rights licence to us by the Content providers are described in the next clause (Rights you licence).

For the avoidance of doubt, by submitting your Content, you understand and agree that: (1) the Content may become publicly viewable on the Website; (2) hiringplug has the right to publish your user name in connection with your Content, wherever applicable; and (3) you will only submit the Content that you own or have permission to submit from the owner, in which case you will provide hiringplug, upon request, with a copy of a written consent from the owner.

hiringplug shall have no obligation to pay you any compensation for your Content and with respect to hiringplug’s use or nonuse of your Content, and is under no obligation to post or use any Content you may provide. Hiring may, in its sole discretion, remove any Content at any time, with or without notice to you, prior or otherwise. You may request the removal of your Content for any reason on reasonable written notice to hiringplug, on receipt of which hiringplug will take commercially reasonable steps to comply.

Neither these Terms nor the Privacy Policy governs or protects any information that you have publicly disclosed on the Website. It is your responsibility to review what information you wish to share with members of the Website. In the event that you choose to publicly share such contact information, you do so at your own risk.

Some of the Service is supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions, and you hereby agree that hiringplug may place such advertising and promotions on the Service or on, about, or in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without specific notice to you.

We also have the right to disclose identity of the Content Provider to any third party who is claiming that any Content posted or uploaded by such person to the Website constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.

We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the Content or accuracy of any Content posted by you. We have the right to remove any posting made on the Website by the user if, in our opinion, such post does not comply with the Content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

The views expressed by other users on the Website do not represent our views or values.

Rights you Licence

When the user/Content provider upload or post Content to the Website, they grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferrable, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in the Website or any and all media or distribution methods, including, without limitation, the internet, mobile devices, and in advertising or promotion, print or otherwise. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

You must not use any part of the Content on the Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

If you print off, copy or download any part of the Website in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made and this shall be without prejudice to any legal action that the company may take.

No Reliance on Information

Viruses

Term & Termination

We reserve the right to refuse to continue providing you with access to this Website if we discover that you are incompetent to contract under applicable Law. This Website is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated by us for any reason whatsoever.
